COLLEEN Owner/Trainer

Colleen
has always been involved in fitness and loves the rush of working out! She values fitness and nutrition as 2 key reasons for longevity and health and wants to help you benefit from them! She has many years experience managing, coaching, leading and teaching as a computer instructor, fitness leader and motivational speaker, combined with her fitness knowledge and a sense of humor. Her goal is to keep you positive and motivated during the tough workouts. When Colleen is not scheduling and managing two locations and two children in sports, she specializes in personal training, interval circuit training, cross training athletes and corporate fitness programs.

SHANNON Group Fitness Leader/Trainer

Shannon is a very talented athlete. With a
double scholarship in baseball and soccer and a wonderful
personality, Shannon inspires you to do your best. Shannon is
almost finished her degree in Kinesiology and is a major asset
to Elevated Fitness Group Ltd. If you want a great workout with
someone that pushes you to the next level and cares about your form and technique, come and see

Scott is a roadie! He cycles
everywhere and races in his free time. He is an excellent
trainer and joins
Elevated Fitness Group Ltd. with a great desire to help you reach your goals. Scott is also available for team training, triathlon cycling training individually or in groups. BCRPA

LEISHA Group Fitness Leader

Leisha has recently moved back to the Lower
Mainland and is an expert in BoxerFit classes. She also teaches
Pilates and Body Blast Classes.
Leisha is attentive to all clients during class and motivates you to do well.

LARRY Boxing Trainer
|
Larry is a former
professional athlete and an awesome addition
to our team! He trains one on one or two students at a time.
Larry will push you to reach the intensity level that you need
to get a great workout. He is skilled in various competitive
sports including soccer, lacrosse, boxing, rugby, cross country
running and swimming.
If you have ever thought you would like to try boxing, here is where you should do it! Larry brings years of coaching and boxing experience with an encouraging personality and knows when to push you. Book with Larry on Tuesdays between 4-8pm!

OMEGA Group Fitness Leader

Omega has many years experience as a fitness
leader. Omega was Colleen's favorite cardio kickbox instructor
several years ago. She is a superior fitness instructor and
currently specializes in Pilates. Don't miss Omega's classes!

MIDORI Group Fitness Leader

Midori and Colleen met in high school and
recently reconnected through fitness! Midori is a dynamic and
enjoyable instructor - she smiles all the time as she works you out to your limit!
