Colleen has always
been involved in fitness. Running races is her passion along with squash,
golf, kayaking and hiking. She values fitness and nutrition as 2 key reasons
for longevity and health and wants to help you benefit from them!
She has many years
experience managing, coaching, leading and teaching as a computer instructor,
fitness leader and motivational speaker, combined with her fitness knowledge
and a sense of humor. Her goal is to keep you positive and motivated during
the tough workouts.
When Colleen is
not scheduling and managing two locations, she thoroughly enjoys her two
children and sports.

Ken Robinson, Sports

Over the past
35 years Ken has been involved with mentoring, coaching and fitness training
with semi and professional teams as well as individuals both youth and
adult. Ken has worked with the Richmond Sockeyes Hockey team, Metro
Ford and Surrey United senior men’s soccer teams, 3 Western Canada Games
soccer teams, 3 Canada Games soccer teams, Coquitlam Minor Football, Jr.
Lacrosse, Senior Lacrosse and National Lacrosse League players.
Ken will improve
your endurance, agility, balance, speed, power, strength, flexibility
and core to the level needed for you sport and position. Whether you are
a young player, elite athlete or weekend warrior, improve your fitness
level so that you can enjoy your sport and stay injury free.

met in high school and reconnected through fitness! Midori has been an
integral part of Elevated Fitness Group Ltd., and its success. Midori
is a dynamic and enjoyable instructor - she smiles all the time as she
works you out to your limit!
When Midori is
not busy working for Elevated or the school board kids programs, she is
enjoying her four children and their sports!!

Larry is a former
professional athlete and an awesome addition to our team! He trains one
on one or two students at a time. Larry will push you to reach the intensity
level that you need to get a great workout. He is skilled in various competitive
sports including soccer, lacrosse, boxing, rugby, cross country running
and swimming.
If you have ever
thought you would like to try boxing, here is where you should do
it! Larry brings years of coaching and boxing experience with an encouraging
personality and knows when to push you. Book with Larry Mon-Thur between
4-8pm!

Jessica has been passionately
practicing Yoga for almost 2 years. Her love for yoga began studying
Bikram Yoga, where she found the physical benefits of the practice incredibly
rewarding. After attending a Hatha Yoga class at the Kula studio
in Newport, she immediately fell in love with this gentle yet physical,
meditative style of practice. She has recently completed her 200-hour
Yoga Teacher Training program at Kula Yoga, is a registered member of
Yoga BC and also obtained a certificate in Community Level CPR.
Jessica has always had a love for fitness and the arts, and growing up
she studied Ballet, Jazz, as well as other forms of dance. Jessica
exudes admiration for the Arts, Healthy living and Holistic healing, which
shines through in her demeanour and personal practice. She is very
excited to join the Elevated Fitness Team and looks forward to seeing
you in class. She hopes that she will be able to share the wonderful
healing powers for the mind and body with you every week. Namaste!
