This is one of my most common questions from clients! A great majority of people tell me they don't like to run. The people that do like to run are always wanting to run! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Running is hard on your body if you do not have the following:&lt;br /&gt;1. Good SHOES&lt;br /&gt;2. Good POSTURE&lt;br /&gt;3. Proper Weight Management for your body&lt;br /&gt;4. A good running program!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Running is great for your body because:&lt;br /&gt;1. It provides an awesome cardio workout&lt;br /&gt;2. It can be a "fat burning" exercise that gives great results&lt;br /&gt;3. It can be a great stress reliever and give you time to enjoy our beautiful trails&lt;br /&gt;4. It is a way to solve the worlds problems with your friends, a great time together!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make sure you don't just go running.
