Flexible programs include one-on-one, couples, small group and corporate personal training suited to you. You are worth it!! Cost for one session is $65.00/hr+GST. Book 10 sessions and save $15/hour! What a Blast! If you want to work your whole body and work at your own level, pushing yourself to your own intensity level; then come join our whole body conditioning circuit training with a mix of cardio, intervals, endurance and strength. Why do a boring workout when you can have a Body Blast! Remember - work at your own pace and hopefully it is intense!

Use your own body weight and muscle strength to tone, tighten, strengthen and increase your flexibility! Bring a ball if you have one. Great class for all ages.

kidfit boot camp

13–17 years old. Are you a teen who wants to get in shape and have more energy? Boot Camp is it! Get off of the couch, turn off the video games, close MSN and stop eating junk food for ONE HOUR of OXYGEN PUMPIN’ fun! Meet new friends and have a great time working out!

wbc ( whole body conditioning for 3rd Age )

45+ are the fun years! It’s your turn to have a good time! Work on balance, strength and flexibility. Focus on functionality, meet new friends and enjoy fitness with NO pressure, just a lot of fun!
